Ahmet is motivated about assisting clients achieve their company goals and find solutions to challenging issues through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation. With more than 20 years of experience, he held prominent senior leadership positions at FedEx and oversaw M&A transactions and integration programs in the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He led the strategy and operations technology practice as Vice President at FedEx Freight with $9.5B revenue and served as the Officer in Charge for the digital transformation program. Ahmet has served clients in e-commerce, tech, retail, and industrial sectors.

Chris ran Amazon’s M&A Integration team for over 14 years from 2008-2022. His team was responsible for leading acquiring Amazon teams and new acquisitions through due diligence, integration planning and execution for all acquisitions. During his tenure, his team led over 100 closed transactions, including Kiva Systems, Zoox, Twitch, Zappos, Whole Foods, Ring and Souq. In total Chris worked at Amazon for more than 17 years. Currently, Chris provides M&A leadership advice to select clients and is the CFO of the nuclear fusion software startup, nTtau Digital. Prior to Amazon, Chris worked for Deutsche Bank’s Technology Investment Banking practice in London and Hong Kong.

Nicole is a dynamic executive passionate about building strategic partnerships and solving complex challenges. Her career spans multiple industries, including corporate finance in pharmaceuticals, food service, retail, and government manufacturing. She later found her passion in technology at XPO, where she was the third IT hire. Over five years, she played a key role in integrating 17 acquisitions, growing XPO to a global leader, with her team expanding to over 200 employees. Afterward, she held CIO roles at large PE-owned supply chain companies and won CIO of the Year twice for her innovative leadership.

Michael has 25+ years of leadership experience, primarily in Corporate Development, HR, Finance, and IT. Most recently, he led the HR side of Amazon’s global expansion efforts, where, in addition to M&A deals, his team placed the first employee organically in approximately 30 countries. Prior to Amazon, Michael spent four years in Shanghai, China, leading the Asia-Pacific HR M&A function at Hewlett-Packard. In this role, he oversaw the onboarding of newly acquired teams across 17 APAC countries. He also integrated multiple acquisitions at The Home Depot and played a key role in the spinoff and IPO of its HD Supply division, where his Corporate Development team served as an extension of the CEO’s office.

Jasmin is a Senior Consultant dedicated to helping clients optimize their Manufacturing Operations, whether at a single site or across a global network, including CMOs and CDMOs. He specializes in operational excellence, technology transfers, and fostering a culture driven by employees and supported by employers. With experience scaling, right-sizing, and integrating manufacturing sites both in the U.S. and internationally, Jasmin has led teams in five countries, managing operations for regulated products in life sciences and overseeing a P&L of over $700M. He is also a certified coach, speaker, and facilitator passionate about leadership and team development.

Imran Ansani is a seasoned executive consultant with over 25 years of experience in strategic product management, business development, and general management across Supply Chain, Retail, and Advertising/Media sectors. He specializes in tech modernization, digital transformation, and AI strategies, focusing on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative technologies to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and enhance customer experiences. Imran excels in aligning technology investments with business goals, enabling rapid results. As a thought leader, he advises companies on leveraging emerging technologies to achieve strategic objectives in today’s fast-evolving digital environment.

Ahmed Mahgoub, PhD, is an AI and IoT consultant with extensive experience in providing customized solutions for retail, e-commerce, sustainability, agriculture forecasting, hardware failure detection, and computer vision. As VP of a leading AI firm, he has led teams in developing predictive models and AI-driven applications to solve complex business challenges and boost operational efficiency. With several pending patents and numerous publications, Ahmed brings cutting-edge expertise in AI, IoT, and computer vision. His consultative approach helps businesses leverage innovative technologies to drive growth, streamline operations, and enhance competitiveness.

Kimberly has led over $10 billion in transactions and more than 20 M&A integrations, managing everything from due diligence to execution. Her deals, ranging from $10 million to $100 million in revenue, span multiple industries globally. She also oversaw global divestitures and carve-outs, with expertise in creating governance frameworks and playbooks for M&A integration. Known for leading cross-functional teams, Kimberly excels in strategic planning, portfolio management, and operationalizing business models. Notably, she managed Cisco’s Service Provider Video divestiture and integrated Attivo into SentinelOne.
